Description:
• Key Application
Dust suppression water spraying truck can prevent and control dust pollution in coal transportation, bulk-materials transportation and other open-air stock grounds like slag yard, coal yard, construction site etc. During coal transportation, the cured coal is shielded by a protective film. The dust suppressor can also rotate in 360° during sprinkling.
• Dust Suppression
Gravitational dust collection technology is applied in this water spraying truck. The solution is atomized into the particle whose size is equal to dust through high pressure. The fog is cast to the specified position by the draught fan. The spraying is processed around the dust source. Finally, the dust particle mixes with the spray, gradually coagulates into cluster and quickly falls onto the ground by the gravity.
• Reduce Coal Loss
In practical observation, the success rate of dust suppression is nearly 90%. A set of coal transfer system can save millions of costs annually.
Advantages:
• Control Water Consumption
The traditional dust suppression requires plenty of water. The water content of coal is high. However, the application of fog cannon saves 90% sprinkling amount and reduces the water consumption for cleaning the coal handling system.
• Decrease Heat Loss
The calorific value of the coal is greatly decreased because a large amount of water is used in the conventional dust elimination.
