Pressure Vessel Lpg Tank Trailer Mechanical Suspension Automatically Safety Valve
Description:
The pressure tank is one important part of the liquefied gas semi-trailer. The tank consists of the cylinder shell and standard ellipsoidal head. The tank’s material is high intension steel plate 16MnR that is specially used in pressure vessel. The double side auto-welding is adopted in tank’s main welding joints. The 100% x-ray checking shall be done to A and B kinds welding joints and shall accord with Ⅱ grade requirements of JB4730 ‘Non-destruction testing for Pressure vessels’. The fully magnetism checking or penetrate checking shall be done to C and D kinds welding joints and shall accord with Ⅰ grade requirements of JB4730. PWHT shall be done after the welding of tank. The hydraulic test shall be done after the weld heat treatment. The manhole of the tank is used for cleaning and maintenance of the tank’s inside. The baffles are mounted on the tank’s inside to prevent wave. The seat is welded on the tank’s bottom.
The Safety Valve
The safety valve is one of the important safe equipments of Liquefied Gas Semi-trailer. The safety valve shall be strictly closed in normal instance. The inner pressure of tank may be abnormal for some reasons such as sunshine and fire disaster etc. When the inner pressure of tank exceed the setting open pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve shall automatically open and exhaust to release pressure. When the inner pressure rises to the complete opening pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve opens completely. When the inner pressure drop to the closing pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve shall close automatically and resume the normal seal state. The safety valve shall not only assure the Liquefied Gas Semi-trailer safety, but also lessen the large losing of the medium.
