Description:

Low loader heavy duty trailers usually transport large cargoes which are difficult to be disassembled, e.g. excavator, loader, harvester etc. The 60 tons payload is built on 3 axles and 12 pieces of tires.
• Scientific Design
The design and optimization of the trailer is completed with the aid of advanced modeling softwares. In view of requirements of carrying capacity, the finite element analysis and load distribution are conducted for the frame.

Key assembly units of the trailer are processed by advanced facilities. The vertical beam is welded by full-automatic submerged arc welding machine. Wheels and axles are installed by the assembly machine. The wheel base is measured by the rangefinder. The transmission line of the vehicle is adjusted by the electric test machine. The shot peening is applied to all components and greatly improve the adhesion of coating.
• High-quality Axle
High-quality axles produced by professional manufacturers are installed, which can bear heavy load without deformation. In addition, ABS of famous brand can be chosen for installation. Then, the stopping distance can be reduced to prevent sideslip and drifting caused by locked tyres when the vehicle brakes hard. Consequently, the driving security is guaranteed.
• High Fuel Economy
The tare weight of the trailer is about 8T. With the decrease of the weight, the fuel economy is improved.
