Processing technology:

S1. Slice: Select 7-8 mature mango without decay. Then peeled, cored, cut into mango                             slices 3-5mm thick;
S2. Color protection: soak the mango slices in the color hardening solution;
S3. Blanching: Put the mango slices after the color protection into boiling water;
S4. Sugar stains: Adding mango slices and sugar liquid to a vacuum dip tank, vacuuming,                                    sugar soaking, adjusting sugar content and vacuum impregnation;
S5. Pre-drying: drying the dried mango slices once;
S6. Wrap: Put the pre-dried mango slices into the vegetable glue and soak them out;
S7. Dry packaging: Drying the coated dried mangoes for the second time and sorting them                                     for package.
