3. The fig pulp with the adjusted ingredients is placed in an environment of 30 ° C for                    fermentation.
4. After the fermentation is finished, it is filtered through a filter press to obtain a raw wine of fig;
5. The filtered liquor is aged under closed conditions; fresh fig wine is made in 30 days
