| 1 | Selection and cleaning | Apricot fruit cleaning: ripe fleshy yellow apricot fruit, raw material maturity is 7 mature, brush the surface of apricot fruit with a brush cleaning machine, then spray and blast clean, drain water |
| 2 | Cut the kernel and cut the flesh half | Cut the apricot fruit into two halves with the pulp cutting device and the nuclear removal device, and remove the apricot kernel. |
| 3 | Color protection | Soak the cut in half with sodium metabisulfite solution for 5 minutes, remove and drain |
| 4 | First-class pickling | Add the white sugar to the flesh and marinate for 24 hours. |
