Processing technology:

     1.Raw material selection:

        Choose fresh, full-bodied apples with no ripe tissue, no mold, deformity, frostbite, pests and diseases and serious mechanical injuries.

     2.Washing:

        Rinse the apple with running water to rinse off the residue and impurities on the surface of the apple.

     3. Peeling and de-stoning:

        The washed apple is peeled and removed from the core by manual or mechanical or a combination of the two.

     4.Slice:

        The peeled apple is cut into an annular sheet along the transverse direction of the fruit using a microtome.

     5.Color protection:

         Slice the apple slices with a coloring solution to prevent discoloration during drying.

     6. Dry:

         The sliced apple pieces are placed in a drying chamber for drying, the drying temperature is controlled between 60 ° C and 80 ° C, and the drying time is controlled from 5 hours to 10 hours; during the drying process, the moisture is always drained.

     7.Choose the chips:

        Artificially trimming and manual selection of dried apples obtained after drying.

     8. Packaging:

        After the selected apples are inspected, the apples that have passed the inspection are placed in a green packaging bag. After the bags are bagged, the air in the bag is vacuumed, and then the bags are sealed to obtain dried apples. Finished product.

     9.Deposit:

        Store the dried apples in a cool, dry and low temperature place; the storage temperature is controlled between 0 °C and 5 °C, and the relative humidity is controlled between 50% and 60%.
