     The tubular falling film evaporation is to add the liquid to the upper pipe box of the heating chamber of the falling film evaporator, and evenly distribute it into the heat exchange tubes through the liquid distributor, and form a uniform film flow from top to bottom under the action of gravity and air flow, and flow. During the process, it is heated and vaporized by the shell-side heating medium, and the generated steam and the liquid phase enter the separation chamber of the evaporator, and the vapor-liquid is sufficiently separated to respectively discharge the secondary steam and the concentrated liquid.
     The forced falling film evaporator is to add a large-flow circulating pump to the ordinary falling film evaporator to increase the thickness of the liquid film and reduce the scale, which can reduce and prevent the "dry wall" phenomenon.

•  After the liquid-liquid separation at the bottom of the evaporator, the feed liquid enters the separator and separates, which enhances the separation effect.
• Large-scale equipment adopts an upright floor-standing structure. The whole set of equipment is compact in structure, small in floor space, simple and smooth in layout, and represents the development of large-scale complete sets of evaporation equipment.
• The equipment is equipped with CIP cleaning pipeline to achieve on-site cleaning.
