1. The motor of Chenfei’s processing machine is basically ABB, Siemens and Jiangsu Dazhong.
2. Stainless steel is from Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (joint venture)
3. The water pump is from Nanfang and the centrifugal pump is from Yuanan.
4. Electrical cabinet and PLC control system: Siemens PLC touch screen, switch and AC contactor electrical protection is Schneider, intermediate relays are Honeywell.

5. The 304 pipes we use for the pipeline is from Yuan'an, the cables are all good cables;

 
Technical Parameters

 
Process:

 Raw material selection → cleaning, peeling → acid and alkali treatment → crushing, juice extraction → filtration → homogenization → deoxidation → sterilization, canning → cooling → finished product.
 
Process operation points

(1) Selection of raw materials: select orange and orange with thin skin, rich juice and high              juice yield, and remove the disease and insect fruit, mildew fruit and immature fruit by              manual grading.
(2) Cleaning and peeling: soak the raw material in 0.1% potassium permanganate solution for       3-5 minutes before rinsing
(3) Crushing and pressing: the pulp is crushed with the crusher first, and the juice is extracted        with the anti-corrosion aluminum extractor.
(4) Filtration: the extracted juice is left in the shade for 12 to 14 hours, and the fruit juice is             filtered after removing the supernatant
(5) Configuration, homogenization: take 50 grams of filter effect juice, add a certain amount of       white granulated sugar, citric acid and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, and prepare                 orange orange citrus juice with total acid of 0.8% ~ 1.6%, sugar degree of 13% ~ 16%,             soluble solids content of 15% ~ 17.5% in the mixing pot,;
(7) Deoxygenation: the juice can be deoxygenated by centrifugal spray or pressure spray,             and the air oxygen can be excluded to avoid deterioration of the juice due to oxidation.
(8) Sterilization, canning and cooling: pasteurization is applied, which lasts for 40 minutes.              After sterilization, it is immediately canned and cooled to room temperature in sections.
