• Electrical cabinet and PLC control system: Siemens PLC touch screen, switch and AC contactor electrical protection is Schneider, intermediate relays are Honeywell.

•  Peeling and Kerneling: Peeling and denucleating equipment developed for mangoes to protect mango jam.
• Grinding oil: extracting the citrus oil-containing portion of the citrus surface by nailing.
• Beating: the mango pulp is refined.
• Broken juice: crush the pineapple to extract juice and obtain pineapple juice.
• Sterilization: through UHT instant sterilization technology, through the preservation of the color and taste of the jam, through sterilization.
• Aseptic filling: increase the shelf life of jam juice by storing in aseptic bulk bags.
