Main Equipment
1. Stalk removing machine
This machine is to remove/discharge the stalk and other residue from grape and to make grape grain by grain for the next processing step.
2. Vacuum pressing juice extractor
Instead of traditional membrane pressing juice extractor, Gofun invited the vacuum pressing system from Siprem. With vacuum pressing system the quality of the grape juice is much higher and more stable.
3. Enzymatic hydrolysis & Filtration system
The enzymatic processing is used to convert starch, cellulose and other biomass into glucose. This step of processing would be helpful for filter.
Different types of filtration machine can be offered: horizontal screw centrifuge, disk centrifuge, membrane filtration and etc. Type and model are customized according to the customer requirements and layout. Filtration system is to remove left fruit/vegetable pulp after extraction to produce clear and stable juice.
4. UHT Sterilizer
The sterilizing temperature and holding time is adjustable. With this machine, the fruit or vegetable juice/paste/pulper can be heated to a very high temperature around 115℃, held for 30s and then cooled to ambient temperature immediately. UHT sterilizer can protect the taste and nutrients of fruits or vegetables as much as possible.
5. Evaporator
In grape processing, falling film evaporator is used for concentrating products with low viscosity. According to different capacity, we have single-effect evaporator, double-effect evaporator, triple-effect evaporator and multi-effect evaporator for different projects.

We will design the production process including all details such as water supply, electricity source, steam and so on for customers. All material is SUS304 and in best quality. Before delivery, the final customer can come to test.
On-purchase Service: All machines are manufactured based on the contract and drawing. After receiving all payment, we will arrange to make delivery in shortest time. All machines for exporting are packed in wood package. We will send installing instruction together with machines.
