1. Discharge platform

When fresh tomatoes come, it will be very difficult, usually in heavy trucks, if discharged with humans. 2. Elevator

3. Washing

Fresh fruits should be washed carefully before being crushed. A bubble washer and a spray washer can be used together for cleaning. If the cleaning requirements are high, you can increase the number of stages of cleaning. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.

4. Sorting

After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.

5. Crushing for tomato processing

6. Preheating

7. Pulper and refiner

8. Evaporating

Vacuum evaporators are used to concentrate tomato paste in vacuum and at low temperatures. Here, a forced circulation vacuum evaporator is used. Since it is cold under vacuum, it protects the taste and nutrients as much as possible. And now, after evaporating the water from the pulp of the tomatoes, we make tomato paste. 9. Sterilizing

Tomato paste uses a tube-in-tube type disinfectant. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. This machine heats the tomato paste to a very high temperature of around 115 ° C for 30 seconds and immediately cools it to ambient temperature. In this way, you can also test tomato paste and protect nutrients as much as possible. The entire system employs programmable control. 10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine is a tube type sterilizer that works with the tube. It is a closed cycle. Prior to manufacture, the cycle is completely sterilized to ensure a sterile environment.
