u MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Microcontroller and special program are adopted to achieve intelligent control.
2. Accuracy discharging control by modifying LED display and its settings is adpoted, all the settings can be done by one-key operation which is convenient and visualized.
3. characteristics of battery discharging rate. The value of final discharging voltage is the controlling point modified by the curve of battery discharging rate, thus it takes away innacurracy of simply voltage control of over discharging and is coincident with inherent characteristics of battery which means that different discharging rates have corresponding final discharging voltages.
4. Full automatic controls such as protection of overcharge, over discharge, electrical short circuit, over load, distinct reverse connecting prevention and so on are included, which won’t destroy any devices as well as fuse.
5. Series PWM charging main circuit is adopted, which decreased the voltage loss of the main circuit by nearly 50% compared to those of diodes adopted ones, the charge effetioncy is higher by 5% than those of non-PWM ones. The automatic control of lifting charging of over discharging recovering, commeon directly charging and float charging makes the system have a longer working life. Besides, high-precision temprature compensation is included.
6. Visualized lighting of LEDs indicate present battery condition, which makes users clear the working condition of the system.
7. All the devices adopted is in technical grade, which can work well in hypo- and hyper-thermy and damp environments. At the same time the interer crystal oscillator is used as timer to obtain accuracy of control and to minish errors.
8. Controlling points are not regulated by potentiometer any more but be recorded in flash memory, which make settings digitalized, and take away factors that lead controlling error and inaccuracy and unreliable which caused by drift of potentiometer and tempreture.
