Application
The WPC door board/plastic wood door board is usually assembled by WPC door board, WPC door frame/profiles. During production, the ingredient is mainly include PVC powder, wood powder, and other additives. For suiting versatile needs, the WPC door board can be designed into many styles.
With special designed screw ,barrel, mould and production process ,equipped with series downstream equipment ,this can produce PE /PP/ PVC and wood-plastic composite profiles.This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material. WPC profiles is produced by mixing the plastic ,wood powder ,foam agent and other additives, after high temperature and high pressure ,the products can be used for pallets ,packing plates ,windows and door frames ,decoration panels etc.
Machine features
Screw with special mixing and plastic function;
Coat hanger type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness vertical or 45°incline type three rollers may be lifted freely;
Sheet thickness shall be regulated by screw and pressing roller;
Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness;
Exact slicing machine, board length and quantity;
Winder with big torque motor, and its speed and tension force adjustable;
