PVC threading pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce all kinds of PVC pipes, which are widely used in water supply and drainage of agriculture land and buildings, and cable laying. This production line is composed of conical twin screw extruder, and vacuum sizing device, traction machine,cutting machine and roll over stand.
Process flow of PVC electric conduit double pipe extruder extrusion line:
Raw material+additive→mixing → conveying feeding → force feeding → conical double screw extruder → "one mould two pipes"mould → calibrator → double spray vacuum calibration tank → ink printer → double belt haul-off → double uplift cutter → double pipe rack → finished product inspecting & packing
