Application

Features

2. The feeding, selection and ordering, conveying and insertion, pipe extrusion, drilling and rolling of the emitter can be completed synchronously with a high degree of automation.
3. The extruder screw and barrel are made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA Steel. After ion nitriding treatment, the surface hardness can reach hv850-1000. The screw adopts optimized design, the extruded material is plasticized evenly and the pipe surface is smooth.
4. The extrusion die and forming cooling device are made of special materials, with unique structure and stable sizing.
5. The tractor adopts frequency conversion control, which can meet the speed requirements of different process technologies. There is a rubber protective layer on the track surface to effectively prevent the drip irrigation pipe from being stuck and deformed by the tractor.
6. The drilling machine adopts mechanical method to drill holes. It has the characteristics of fast drilling speed and good stability
