Introduction
Wood plastic composite material, WPC is booming in recent years as a new type of composite material. WPC use polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC etc, instead of the usual resin adhesive, mix with more than 35% to 70% of wood powder, rice husk, straw waste plant fiber blend into wooden material, then through extrusion, mould pressing, injection moulding processing put out to board and profile. It mainly used in building materials, furniture, logistics packaging industries.
Wood-plastic composites contain plastics thus have good elastic modulus. In addition, as WPC contains fiber and classics to mix adequately with plastic, it has the physical mechanical property such as resistance to pressure, resistance to bending comparing to hard wood. And its durability is better than average woodiness material apparently. The surface hardness is high, generally 2-5 times than wood.

Features
This machines line is specially designed for making PVC WPC window and door frame profile product, it equips with high capacity cooling system to ensure the wpc products can be good cooled without deformation. it equips with special designed foaming screw and barrel for making WPC solid door frame with 0.8-1.0gram/cm3 density.
wood-plastic door profile extrusion line mainly use PVC+wood powder to extruder wood-plastic profile such as building partition,cabinet door panels, window sill, skirting board, door edgeline, door jamb, window shutters, photo frame, mirror frame, furniture edge banding, door frame, door pocket, window pocket, column profile, stair handrail, floor board, decoration cladding panel,furniture, WPC pipes, etc.
Proper double screw extruder and single screw extruder, specially used for wood plastic products, can be chosen in accordance with the panel section, application, product specific gravity. Also the corresponding auxiliary machines such as vacuum shaping platform, hauling machine, saw machine, material reversing platform, etc. are equipped. Products of diversified specification can be produced with different dies.
