Plastic ABS PLA 3D filament machine for 3d printing 1.75mm 3mm filament
Application:
3D Printing Filament Extruder/ Extruding Machine is mainly used to produce high quality ABS/PLA for all brands of 3D printers. This 3D Printing Filament Extruder/ Extruding Machine has high output and and performance. It can produce ABS/PLA filament with diameter of 1.75 and 3mm. We use laser gauge in the 3D Printer Plastic Filament extruding line to measure the diameter and control the tolerance within 0.02mm.
Machine Function:
1) The hopper dryer: dry the raw materials , prevents over-moisture.
2) Single screw extruder : mixing and extrusion
3) PLC controler : automatic control and labor saving
4) Water tank: colling
5) Laser measuring diameter instrument : diameter supervision, tolerance less than 0.03 mm.
6) Tractor machine: tracting the filaments
7) Storage thread stand: threading and storage
8) Rolling up machine: rolling the filaments up and storage
