At the same time, since various flavors such as original flavor, barbecue flavor, beef flavor, chicken sauce flavor, and fresh shrimp flavor can be adjusted during seasoning, it can be made into various shapes during extrusion, such as flakes, pea-shaped, strips, and spheres. This kind of product can produce dozens of varieties with the same production line, so it has great development potential.
1. Process flow of Miao crisp corner production line:
Raw material preparation→mixing→conveying→extrusion→conveying→drying→(screening)→oil spraying→seasoning→(packing)
2. 2022 fully automatic good quality Fried Snack Production Line: powder mixer → screw feeder → twin screw extruder → air conveyor / elevator → multi-layer oven → elevator → oil injection machine → double drum seasoning machine / octagonal tube seasoning machine → (Packing Machine)
3. Process composition of the Miao crisp corner production line: 1). Powder mixer: Choose different types of powder mixer according to the output of the production line. 2.) Screw feeder: the use of screw agitating conveying ensures that the second uniform mixing and feeding are convenient and quick. 3). Twin-screw extruder: Choose different types of extruder according to the output of the production line. The output ranges from 100kg/h to 500kg/h. Corn flour, rice flour, wheat barley flour and other grains can be used as raw materials. .
4). Air conveyor or hoist: transport the semi-finished products to the oven, and the height of the air conveyor or hoist is determined by the oven.
5). Multi-layer oven: the oven is mostly electric oven, the temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees, the inside is stainless steel mesh cloth and stainless steel mesh belt, the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed.
6). Vibrating screen: Screen out unqualified products and scraps. (Optional)
7). Seasoning line: octagonal tube, cylinder, lifting single drum, double drum seasoning line, configured according to output and product nature.
