Product Description
1. Flour mixing machine: A device that mixes various raw materials into a certain amount of water or liquid additives to achieve full mixing after stirring. All parts of the powder mixer in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel. The discharge port adopts a brand-new handle open door structure design, which has a good sealing effect and avoids the leakage problem of the common powder mixer 2. Screw conveying: can transport the mixed raw materials to the hopper of the extruder. The material is conveyed to the feeder of the extruder in a sealed stainless steel cylinder without leakage, dust, and pollution. The feeding amount is uniform and stable, and the parts in contact with the materials are all made of stainless steel or surface spraying treatment. 3. Single screw main engine: It is composed of feed system, extrusion system, heating system, transmission system, rotary cutting system and control system. The raw materials are sterilized by high temperature and high pressure during the processing process to ensure the health and safety of the products. The main machine adopts frequency conversion speed control to adapt to different varieties and raw materials. The discharge cutter is controlled by frequency conversion speed control to adjust the size of the material; advanced electrical control The design makes the whole machine highly automated and runs smoothly. 4. Cutting machine: used to cut macaroni to the required length. The cutter can be adjusted by frequency conversion to cut out different bite lengths; with a protective shell to ensure the safety of the operator; equipped with a calender roller to make the surface of the macaroni smooth and uniform, and the thickness is uniform.
5.Drying machine:Macaroni products need to be roasted slowly at low temperature. The products are not only dried on the surface, but need to be roasted from the inside to the outside. Customers should not worry about the energy consumption of the oven. The oven has three energy options: electricity, gas, and oil. You can choose according to your country's energy situation.
6.Cooling machine:From the oven, it needs to be cooled to lower the temperature. The cooling is equipped with an energy-saving fan, and the cooling speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted.
The processing technology of Pasta Macaroni is single-screw extrusion molding followed by low-temperature slow baking to make it dry from the inside to the outside. Its advantage is that it can replace various molds and supporting equipment, and extrude hollow, solid thin noodles, spirals, shells, elbows and other shapes of products. After the improvement of equipment and technology in recent years, the whole production line has the characteristics of high degree of automation, simple operation and short process time. The equipment configuration and processing mold can be changed according to customer requirements.
