Features:
Slurry-ice is a unique chilling medium and is formed out of seawater of a mixture of fresh water and salt. The microscopic crystals form a suspension in seawater in any required concentration.
1. Slurry-ice completely covers the fish, chilling the fish instantly and the greater chilling characteristics of up to 15 to 20 times better than that of conventional block ice.
2. Chilling the catch as rapid as possible and keeping the fish at -1ºC to -2ºC as long as possible.
3. As the ice crystal leave the fish in a soft bed, this kind of slurry-ice does not damage the fish.
Description:
1. Can be pumped at a concentration from 20% to 50% and easy to distribute and handle which increases productivity and flexibility.
2. This kind of machine can also be used as high efficient sea water cooler.
3. Large contact area, faster cooling rate. Compared with other cooling methods, it can save at least 1/3 of the time.
4. It has the characteristics of fluid, which can be transported by pipes; it also has the characteristics of ice, which has fast cooling and large latent heat.

2. The flow ice temperature is between -2ºCand -5 ºC. This temperature is the best refrigeration temperature, and there is no damage to the frozen tissue.
3. With good fluidity, fresh foods will not rub against each other when transported.
4. The ice crystals on the Slurry ice are very small, with particularly good softness and soft touch. They can enter the interior of frozen objects (fish, shrimp, etc.), and have excellent preservation effect on the frozen objects.
