Introduction of freezing drying machine
This machine is made by a low noise antihigh temperature axial flow fan and an automatic control temperature system. The whole circulation system is fully enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying machine increases from traditional 3%-7% to 35%-45%. The highest heat efficiency can reach 50%. This saves lots of energy for our country and increases the economic benefits.
Full range of freeze dryers provided: the small unit is for laboratory and home use; the medium-sized is for food and pharmaceutical drying application; the large-sized freeze dryer is for food and chemical industry which requires mass production by economic equipment with lower energy consumption. Food freeze drying equipment vegetable fruit slices vacuum freeze dryer machine
| Working principle of freeze dry: Instead of traditional vaporization dehydration method, the vacuum freeze drying technology is dehydrate products by sublimation directly from ice to vapor. During the Freeze drying process, the materials will be frozen to -18°c, then move into the vacuum drying tank for dehydration, automatic control system will set the vacuum and heating temperature according to the freeze drying cirve of each products to maintain the proper circumstances for FD processing. The materials stay in frozen status during the drying process and water vapor will be condensed on the surface of cold trap coils to absort the water out from the materials. |
