Introduction of sesame washing machine
Sesame seeds are generally grown in, hills, dunes, slopes and sandy areas. By the time the sesame hulls are ripe for harvesting they open up and the sand, dust and soil fall into the hulls, making processing and cleaning them laborious and time consuming.
The sesame cleaning machine is designed and manufactured to suit the characteristics of sesame. The machine is equipped with a spiral stirring device that continuously stirs and pushes the sesame seeds, which are gradually cleaned after sufficient stirring. In combination with the low specific gravity of the sesame seeds, there are three levels of discharge: sewage, impurities and clean sesame material. The machine is ideal for the sesame food industry as it saves labour and water, and enables continuous production.
