**Application:**
Our high-quality sheet mica is often used as a dielectric in capacitors. With a temperature resistance of up to 900°C, it is perfect for providing structure to electrical heating wires.
**Varieties:**
We offer different types of mica plates: Hard mica plate (H1 and H2) and varying degrees of surface smoothness: Muscovite smooth plate (H1) and Phlogopite smooth plate (H2).
**Properties:**
Compared to general insulation materials, our flexible mica plates stand out due to their excellent insulating properties at high temperatures (500-1000℃), good tensile property, exceptional environmental performance (asbestos-free, less smoke and odors), and excellent resistance to acid, alkali, and oil.
**Availability:**
With a thickness range of 0.1mm to 100mm and dimensions of 1000×600mm, 1000×1200mm, 1000×2400mm, our mica plates can be formed by stamping (less than 2.0mm thickness) or processed by turning, milling, drilling (larger than 2.0mm).
**Flexible Mica Plate:**
Our flexible mica plates (S1 and S2) are excellent dielectric, have great tensile strength, and can be easily formed at room temperature. They are popular for use in hair dryers, curlers, electric irons, motors, etc.
**Technical Parameters:**
The Muscovite flexible mica sheet contains a minimum of 90% Muscovite mica paper and less than 10% Silicon resin binder. It has a thickness of 0.10 ~ 2.0 mm, density of 1.6-2.2 g/cm3, a heat loss at 500 °C of less than 0.60%, flexural strength of more than 16 kgf/mm2, dielectric strength of more than 15 KV/mm, and an insulation resistance of 100 - 600 MΩ.
