Miniature Load Sensor FMZC is strain gauge based to deliver 1.0mV/V output from full wheatstone bridge. Small load sensor FMZC offers 2kg / 3kg / 5kg / 10kg four rated capacities to choose from,high accuracy with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the full capacity.The 1000 ohms resistance strain gauges used are more energy-efficient compared to commonly used 350 ohms gauges. The compact size (L*W*H=22*8*5mm) and aluminum material makes FMZC weighs only about 2.2 grams which makes it suitable for weight measuring applications where total mass and mounting space matters. Micro Weight Sensor FMZC offers a perfect mixture of small size,high accuracy and low cost,which makes weight sensor FMZC suitable for weight monitoring in consumer electronics.You may find weight transducer FMZC applicable for home appliances, force simulators, process control, robotics, automotive and so on.Forsentek is also capable of and willing to provide custom made service if you cannot find suitable weight/load/force measurement sensors from the standard product portfolio.

Definition of rated output: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Loadcell output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of beam type weight sensor FMZC is around 1.0mV/V.
Power supply of weight transducer FMZC is normally within 3-10V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of load cell transducer FMZC is normally within -10mV...+10mV.
