We are the molding section manufacturer, the pizza molding equipment can meet the needs of various diameters and yields, and there are two molding methods: roller cutter and stamper. We can choose the molding method according to the actual situation. The pizza base thickness is uniform and the molding speed is fast. The capacity is about 1000-2000pc/h, and the bread size can be adjusted. The structure of this line is as following: dough rolling---dough conveying---dough rolling once more---pizza dough molding---pizza base panning.
The dough is rolled and extended by the pressing roller device, so that the dough is shiny and the quality is stable; the pressing roller has a thickness adjustment device; The cutting device cuts the dough into round breads, and at the same time punches holes, and the demoulding will not get stuck. The cut bread has stable tendencies. The operating system adopts PLC and touch screen to operate easily.
