Product Description

Ultrafiltration technology principle introduction:

Ultrafiltration technology is one kind of nanometer level membrane separation technology, the hollow fiber ultra filtration process take the hollow fiber membrane fiber as the filter medium, take the membrane fiber inside and outside differential pressure as the driving influence, the different physical diameter size's material carries on the separation according to certain filtration aperture to the solution in the process, achieves to purification, separation, depuration, concentration.

Ultrafiltration technology advantages:

Stable filter effect: the water quality after UF membrane filter is not easy influenced by the raw water quality fluctuation, so it can guarantee a stable and consistent production.
Low power consumption: normal temperature and pressure to run, the recycle rate of the UF system which is used for purifying the tap water can above 95%.
Less space: ultrafiltration device is compact and can be layered overlay installation, you deal with the grey water 10T / H ultrafiltration system, only covers an area of 2 square meters;
Ultrafiltration separation process belong to under the normal temperature pure physical separation, you do not need to worry material after ultrafiltration has the nature change, and there will be no second residue;
The separation scope is broad: For different applications ,the filtration accuracy of ultrafiltration membranes can be made into from 2nm to 100nm;
Facilitate the expansion: ultrafiltration system is easy installed, when the need to expand treatment capacity, u just need to increase membranes.
