Product Description
DP series single punch tablet press is a continuous automatic tablet press for pressing powder and granular raw materials into tablets in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, food and laboratory sectors. High material utilization rate, reasonable structure, convenient operation, small volume, high pressure, low noise, small difference in tablet weight, the filling depth of materials, the thickness of the pressed tablets can be continuously adjusted. It meets the national pharmaceutical hygiene requirements and is the ideal equipment for scientific research institutes, pharmacy process rooms and hospital preparation rooms. The machine adopts a number of novel designs in the design process, thus ensuring a safer and more standardized production process.
Suitable raw material requirements for tablet pressing:
1. Dry powder: raw materials must be dry powder and moisture content needs to be controlled within 5%.
2. fluidity: raw materials need to have good fluidity (ideal pressed raw material particle fineness between 20-60 mesh is good, there is a small amount of fine powder mix is good), such as raw materials with poor fluidity can be solved by the particles
3. Adhesion: viscosity refers to the powder through external factors can form a group or powder can stick together. If not viscous raw materials may need to add binders to improve (such as: maltodextrin, sugar, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, etc.)
4. Do not contain excessive grease: If your raw materials contain a lot of grease, it will be difficult to form, so the raw materials should not contain too much grease.
