Working principle:
The machine adopts chain drive, and the three rollers rotate in the same direction. Every time the pig is fed, it is controlled by the handle, pull the handle down, the clutch is closed, and two actions occur:
1.The soft planer shaft rises, and the planed pig body in the machine is pulled out of the machine by the hard planer on the large roller , slide into the warm pool.
2.The rake picks up the pig body from the scalding pool and raises it up, and at the same time, the gate that stops the pig goes down so that the pig body can slide into the machine. When the rake is lowered, the gate rises to block the pig body in the machine for shaving, so as not to roll back into the scalding pool. After the action is completed, the soft planer shaft and rake reset successively.
