TSP soya protein machinery introduction:
TSP soya protein machinery is the newest botanical protein food process line which is developed independently according to our national conditions on the requirement of market and on the base of advanced machinery in Switzerland and America. Soya protein machinery uses soybean powder and peanut powder to break spherical protein molecule to form chain protein molecule thus creating slice-like fiber structure, by powder-grinding, stirring, high-temperature, high-pressure and high-cutting .The product is nutritious without cholesterol or animal fat ,but it looks like and tastes like meat with the quality of absorbing soil ,water ,and flavor .

1. Description:
Textured vegetarian protein process line produced with our rich experiences on food
industry for over ten yeas. It uses nonfat soybean meal as main material to produce
all kinds of soybean protein food and vegetarian meat, which are nutritional and easily
absorbed by human body. The textured protein is like muscle and has the sense of
mastication. Textured soybean protein is widely applied to many industries, such as
can, seasoning, ham, meat, cooking, etc.
Textured Soya Protein Machine can produce the product with high nutrition, the meaty
state and taste. Meanwhile it does not include the cholesterol and the animal tallow.
It has the following features such as oil-absorbing, water-absorbing, ardor-absorbing and can be used in all kinds of professions

molds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from
extruder
