Full Automatic Pet Treat Extruding Line Hot Extrusion Machine Pet Treat Extruder
Introduction
Darin pet treat extruder is used to make single or double color pet treat, different sizes and shapes can be made by changing the dies. The line configuration is as below:
1. WEG or Siemens motor
2. Siemens and PLC touch screen, one control cabinet to control the whole line, easy to operate, saving labor cost.
3. ABB or Schneider or Delixi electric parts
4. 24v safety operate voltage
5. Machine cover and parts touching with raw materials are made of stainless steel.
Machinery Show
Raw materials: A variety of ingredients can be used as raw materials for dog treat extruder, like corn starch, potato starch, chicken powder, bone powder, glycerol etc.
Products: Different sizes and shapes can be made by changing molds. Two extruders working together is able to make double color/co-extrusion treat. Twist treat can also be made by adding twist device.
Capacity: Two capacity for choice, DRD-100 with 100kg/hr and DRD-300 with 150kg/hr.
Flow chart: Flour mixing-screw conveying-extruding-cooling-cutting-cooling.
Machines materials: All the machines are made by stainless steel, dog chewing food machine is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.
Different molds
Each line includes 6 molds for free, the shapes and sizes can be customized as client's request. The molds are made of stainless steel.
