Fully Automatic Potato Chips Processing Machine French Fries Production Line
Description:
Potato is of good nutritional value and economic value which is widely used in food industry, starch industrial, etc. And in our daily life, frozen French fries and potato chips are the most popular snack food for masses of people. In order to adapt to the larger market demand for frozen French fries and potato chips, the production line for potato chips and frozen French fries is rapidly developed. Potato chips production line and Frozen French fries line become the investment objects for investors.
Production Process:
1. washing and peeling process: washing and peeling the fresh potatoes with brush roller washer;
2. cutting process: cutting the fresh potatoes into strips or slices. thickness of slices can be adjusted between 1-15mm. and size of strips can be 6mm*6mm, 8mm*8mm, 10mm*10mm. adjusted by clients.
3. washing process:
Washing process is for washing off the potato starch on the potato chips which can keep it from fall in
the oil and keep long-use life for the frying machine.
At the same time, the potato chips is totally immersed in water which can keep it from enzymatic-oxydative
browning, because the sugar can be affected with amino acid and the produce the black and brown color.
4. Blanching process:
Blanching is a necessary procedure. After washing, the potato sticks go into the blanching machine which is about 65-90 ℃hot water. It can destroy the enzyme activity, and improve and soften the organizational structure which can be easily dried and also can keep from blistering. It can add the Sodium hydrogen sulfite or Sodium pyrosulfite to keep good color.
5. Frying process
The frying time is 2-3minutes at the frying temperature is 170-180 ℃.
6. Flavoring process: coating the products with different flavors.

Main equipment for processing line:
1. Potato washing and peeling machine: integrates the function of washing and peeling, and it can be used for processing potatoes, carrots, radish, sweet potatos and other root vegetables.
2. Potato slicing machine: used for cutting the potatoes into slices, strips or cubes and also suitable for other root vegetables, like carrots, cassava etc
3. Potato slice blanching machine: used for blanching the slices, strips or cubes of potatoes or any root vegetables. The main purpose of blanching is to remove potato starch and ensure the slices brightness and crispy.
4. Potato dewatering machine: adopts centrifugal principle to dehydrate. This step is prepared for the frying part, which shortens the frying time and perfects the taste of the potato chips, potato crisps or French fries
5. Potato slices frying machine: adopts oil-water mixing technology, so the sediment can be cleaned easily. Besides, the service time of the oil is prolonged and the cost is cut largely by taking use of the oil-water mixing technology.
6. Potato chips de-oiling machine: widely used for extrude the extra oil of the fried food to ensure the potato chips taste good and more healthy for human
7. Potato chips flavoring machine: used for seasoning the fried potato chips. Which flavor is needed totally depends on customer.
