Product Description
Bread crumb extruder machine is researched and developed on the basis of advanced international technology. It changes the traditional craft making bread crumbs. The main products are aciculate crumbs, granular crumbs etc. Bread crumbs are widely used as food coating additives on the surface of fried foods, like: fried chicken, burger patty, sea foods (fish, shrimp), onion rings etc, so that the food obtain a very crispy, savory texture and attractive colorful presentation.
Application
The double-screw extruder has a wide range of application. Adopting corn flour, rice, starch as raw material, it can produce various puffed food: breakfast cereals production, nutritious rice starch, modified starchy, breadcrumbs, and pet food and so on. this equipment is flexible collocated. Products are multi-shaped by choosing different model.

Main Features of Bread Crumb Extruder
A. Twin screw extruder with electricity heating system
a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.
c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive
B. Twin screw extruder with steam heating system ensure the most efficient, continuous and stable heating effects.
