Pet food production line
1. The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.
2. This equipment has the wide material, multi-shape products and flexible collocations. We can produce the different products according to the different models and collocations.
3. Pet food generally consists of meat, meat by products, cereal, grain, vitamins, and minerals.
4. General grains, such as soybean meal, corn meal, cracked wheat, and barely, are often used to improve the consistency of the products. The meat is mixed with the other ingredients.
5. Dry pet food has a shelf life of about 10to 12 months.
6. Some manufacturers are adding some kinds of vitamins E and C as natural preservatives.
