Performance feature:
1. This production line consists of vertical (ultrasonic) washing machine, hot air circulation drying oven, connecting nmesh et belt, high-speed filling and capping machine and other equipments.
2. It’s suitable for round or shoulder pad shaped glass filling and production. Working processflow: ultrasonic cleaning, water vapor flush inside and shower outside, dry sterilizing, cooling, filling and capping, and other processes. etc.
3. This machine is successfully produced and developed, based on the actual situation of Chinese pharmaceutical industry, which meets “GMP” requirements. With advantages as stable production, high pass rate, easy operation and maintenance, low running costs and so on, machine is suitable for oral production of glass bottlesthe production of glass bottles for oral agents.
4. PLC control system, color touch screen display, photoelectric sensors can prevent from squeezing and breaking bottles.
