PRODUCT INFORMATION: 100% biodegradable garbage bags, customizable size, customizable thickness, customizable bottom ( gusseted, star weld, etc), customizable top ( flat, wave top, drawstring, T-shirt, etc.)
CERTIFICATES: Our biodegradable garbage bags have been awarded official compostable certificates from BPI and OK compost, meeting both the US ASTM D6400 standard and the EU EN 13432 standard.
NO PLASTIC REMAINS: Our biodegradable garbage bags will degrade to humus, CO2, and water within 180 days when put in a standard compost pile.
STORAGE AND USAGE: Keep product away from heat and sun light, and store in a cool, dry place. biodegradable garbage bags have a shelf life of approx. 12 months. Dispose of product within 3 days when bag is holding organic waste, especially that with a strong acidic/alkaline content. Suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor household trash disposal usages.
About Factory:
Our strategy cooperative factory is established in August 1998, located in Weifang city which is near to Qingdao port in northern China. The factory work team has grown to over 300 staff and covers area of 20000 square meters with large bright warehouses, include over 60 sets machines for bag film, making and printing, totally more than 100 sets production lines. Annual production capacity of factory reaches 20000 metric tons. Factory is specialized in producing various kinds of plastic bags such as compostable bag, trash bag, pe apron, deli sheets, carton liner, food bag, garment bag, t-shirt bag, charity bag, pet poop bag etc.
Factory always insists on the theory and conviction of "the enterprise in my heart and quality in my hands". QA at site random checking the quality and record all the process every 2 hours. The QC manager random checks all the finished products before they are sent into warehouse to guarantee all the finished products are qualified before delivery.
