Temperature |For unprimedsurfaces togain maximum adhesion. WAPUS InteriorFilmshould be
installed to substrate with a temperature ranging between 15~25°C. Ifthesubstrate temperature is
below10℃, it should beheatedby infra-red ray lamp,jet heaterorhair dryerto ensure thecorrect
temperature.Iftherecommended primeris used,itis possible toapply thefilmtosubstrate with a
temperature of 10℃ and over.Oncethefilmis adheredtosubstrate, press thefilmtothesubstrate while
heating itwith a dryer.
Dust andcontamination |Itis vital thattheworkarea is freefrom dust particles, as should particles
betrappedbetweensubstrate and film,theywill show through thesurface ofthefilm. Ensuring thatthe
workarea is well itwill assist in identifying any contamination orair bubbles in thesurface.
Safety |The primer andsubstrate sealant arecombustible and inflammable and should notbeused or
stored near heat, sparksornakedflames. Workareas should bewell ventilated.
