Transverse Width 1400mm Big Sized 2500KVA Oil Type Transformer Winding Machine ZPX1400 is an automatic wire winding machine, which is mainly used to winding oil type transformer coil and other similar products. The machine can be used the transformer coil with maximum height 1400mm. This transformer winding machine can be used to wind not only round wire but also flat wire. Control system is based on PLC, which guarantees the machine is programmable. With different parameters input, different specifications of coils can be wound easily. A servo motor is used to drive the wire guide. Moreover, a pneumatic expanding insulation decoiler is used to place insulation material, such as insulation paper, etc. The winding machine features high torque, high automation, etc.
