Containerized Flake Ice Plant FIF-100WC
Flake ice making machine is a refrigeration equipment that can produce flake ice with its indicated capacity, it is usally applied in fishnery and it always can be equipped with cold ice storage room.
The generator of our ice machine is stainless steel, especially the interor surface is covered with SUS 304, not galvanized plate. it's corrosion-resistent, food-grade, and easy to clean.Other parts are also SS304, including shaft, bearing, water distributor and exterior surface.
Our flake ice making generator is bigger and more heavy-duty. FOCUSUN’s enclosed vertical drum design, and expert construction result in a low stress, low wear, and low maintenance ice maker that is simple to install and operate. The compact, economical unit produces totally sub cooled flake ice with efficiency and reliability unmatched by other ice machines.
The most imporatant part of an ice machine is its compressor, we adopt Bitzer or Copeland compressor. The two compressors are world-famous for their reliable, durable and excellent performance. they have long service life and need low maintenance.

Product Function
Focusun flake ice makers are divided into four major categories, including:
small capacity flake ice machine (daily production ranging from 500 kg -2,500 kg),
medium capacity flake ice machine (daily production ranging from 3,000 kg - 20,000 kg),
large capacity flake ice machine (daily production ranging from 25,000, -60,000)
and containerized flake ice making plants (two models: 20-foot standard container and 40-foot standard container).
And the Flake ice plant is also a marine water maker who directly use brine water to produce the slush ice.
FOCUSUN Flake Ice Making Plant Features:
1. Automatic monitoring system: Intelligentized PLC control, don’t need to arrange people to monitor the machine. And from Siemens brand.

5. Includes important safety features, such as a see-through inspection hatch with safety switch, mechanical load limit switch, emergency stop switch, and drive belt guard.
6.In fact, flake ice is more efficient than any other type of ice for quick product cooling. It provides more cooling surface per ton – 17,000 square feet – compared with other types of ice, which offer only 4,260 to 11,050 square feet per ton. Flake ice is also completely dry and free flowing, making it easier to store and handle.
