The small capacity tube ice machine's capacity ranges from 1 ton/24hrs to 8 ton/24hrs. It's a complete unit, thus quite compact and space-saving.

All equipments are assembled in a steel frame except its cooling tower. Suitable for container shipment; easy to ship, move and install. Use with ease; just connect to an electric and water source.

Standard power supply for small capacity tube ice machine is 380V/3P/50Hz and it can be customized to meet different electrical requirements.

The large capacity ice tube machine features a modular design which makes it easy to install, ship and operate. The whole unit consists of 3 parts:

Evaporator module: The evaporator and its accessories are installed on a steel frame which forms the evaporator module. When transporting, place the evaporator horizontally and stand it upright when installing.

Compressor module: Compressor, condenser, reservoir, liquid receiver, oil separator, and electric control box are installed on a steel frame to form the whole set.

Cooling tower module: Cooling tower, water pump and water pipes.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in platict films or cartons, normally a FCL shipping.

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. You're welcome to see the test of the machines for days.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 45 to 60 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: No, all the machines are customized according to power supply ice size in difference. We don't provide sample.

All Focusun ice machines come out with 15 months full warranty. If the machine breaks down in 15 months, Focusun will send the parts for free, even send the technician over if situation needed. When beyond the warranty, Focusun will supply the parts and service only for factory cost.
