1. Introduction and application:

Spring plunger with two damping springs for handling of workpieces with differing heights, such as curved metal sheets,etc.
Handle pressure sensitive workpieces (such as glass) to ensure flexible contact.
Particularly suitable for handling tasks in the automotive sector.

2. Structure

Spring plunger consisting of high strength stainless steel rod,brass sleeve with integrated bearing (2) and damping spring;
The vacuum channel at the upper end of the Plunger is provided with an internal thread connection (1);
The threads of the connecting sucker are all external threads (4);
Surface polishing treatment;The surface of the buffer support rod with rotating function has special coating, which can reach to the best sliding effect;
