Description
The 250μm optical fibers are enclosed in high modulus plastic loose tubes filled with a waterproof
compound to ensure compactness and longitudinal waterproofing. These tubes are further protected
with aluminum tape. Combined with support wires, they are encased in a polyethylene sheath to
create a figure-8 structure.
