Our drilling core boxes consist of three parts: the bottom case (base), the dividers, and the cap as the picture below.
Each part of the core box can be unfolded to a flat sheet.
Compared with hard injection molded plastic core box which need a lot spece to transport empty box, our Cantonplast (coroplast) drilling core boxes require very small space to transport due to its unfoldability. The photo below shows that it just need one pallet to load 1200 pieces of the cap of NQ drilling box.
The coroplast drilling core boxes can be printed with customer logo, name as well the label information of the drilling cores.
The NQ drilling core sample box is made from cartonplast ( coroplast) sheets which are extruded from HDPP (high-density polypropylene) resin. The cartonplast (coroplast) sheet has a similar corrugated structure as the paper cardboard. This hollow construction provides a very important feature of light-weight. Unlike the paper cardboard which loses its rigidity when absorbing the water, the plastic coroplast sheets are water and moisture repellant. The core boxes can be washed with water for re-use many times.
