Description
The KPG108 digital oxygen pressure gauge is a battery-powered electronic device designed for easy on-site installation. It utilizes a high-precision piezo-resistive pressure sensor, and the output signal undergoes processing through a high-precision, low-temperature drifting amplifier. This processed signal is then fed into a high-precision A/D converter, resulting in a digital signal. After computation and processing, the actual pressure value is displayed on the LCD screen.
This pressure gauge offers various advantages, including flexibility in use, straightforward operation, easy debugging, and high levels of safety and reliability. As a result, it finds widespread application in industries such as hydro-power, water, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, hydraulic, and others, where it is used to measure and display the pressure of fluid mediums.

1. Equipped with a large LCD display featuring backlight for enhanced visibility, boasting high resolution and facilitating easy reading.
2. Automatically logs and stores the maximum pressure values obtained during the measurement process.
3. Displays pressure as a percentage dynamically, utilizing a progress bar for visual representation.
4. Provides measurement results in five different engineering units: psi, bar, kPa, MPa, and kg/cm².

Installation
It can be directly mounted in the hydraulic pipe on the road through the mounting thread (1/4”NPT). In critical applications, such as severe vibration or shock, soft hose is strongly recommended to connect the digital pressure gauge to reduce the effect caused by the sever vibrations and shocks.
