Online fluorescence dissolved oxygen sensor
Introduction
The KWS630 fluorescent dissolved oxygen sensor utilizes the fluorescence method for the precise measurement of dissolved oxygen in water. Positioned at the top of the sensor is a film coated with a layer of fluorescent material. In the presence of light emitted by the light-emitting diode, the fluorescent material emits fluorescence upon returning from the stressed state to the ground state. The concentration of dissolved oxygen is determined by measuring the duration of this fluorescence.
Additionally, the sensor incorporates a built-in temperature sensor, which automatically compensates for variations in dissolved oxygen values based on temperature changes. This integrated feature enhances the accuracy and reliability of dissolved oxygen measurements by accounting for the influence of temperature on the fluorescence response. The KWS630 fluorescent dissolved oxygen sensor thus offers a robust and efficient solution for monitoring dissolved oxygen levels in water.

Installation and electrical connection
1. The temperature sensing part of the installation should be immersed below the liquid level to avoid collision with the surface of the membrane head. The membrane head portion should be protected from deposits.
2. Electrical connection
Red line - power cord (12 ~ 24V)

After wiring is completed, it should be carefully checked to avoid incorrect connections before powering up.
Cable specification: Considering that the cable is immersed in water (including sea water) for a long time or exposed to the air, the cable has certain corrosion resistance. The outer diameter of the cable is Φ6 mm and all interfaces are waterproof.
