SWC-590 Long Dry Noodle Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine
Automatic shrink wrapping machine is suitable for single unit and shrink packed products and collective shrink packed products, such as bowl instant noodles, card, food boxes, plastic bottles, incense coils, fruit-milk bottles, milk boxes, daily necessities, etc. It is kind of automatic shrink wrapping machine. We have semi-automatic and fully automatic shrink wrapping machines. We have button controlled and touch screen controlled shrink wrapping machine
The features of the shrink wrapping machine:
1. Single packing or many in group packing;
2. Safety anti-cutting clutch equipment and no harm to the goods
3. Waste recycling device could be available packing in esthetic.
4. PLC control for a more stable and reliable system with less trouble.
5. Digital display with package length, speed and temperature adjustable separately, easy and accurate for use.
6. The different conveying types, ensuring no moving or reversal of the packing goods.
7. The design of mechanical structure is simple and reasonable, which makes the operation easy and adjustment convenient.
Packing Process:
Product is placed on the in-feed conveyor. As the in-feed conveyor delivers product to the forming area, film is drawn from the film feed assembly into the forming area, where a film tube is formed around the product and a fin-seal is created. The film tube and the product then are delivered to the cutting head. The cutting head creates the end-seals while it cuts apart adjoining wrapped products into individual packages, and delivers the packages to the shrink tunnel,the film will be shrinked tightly around the product, At this time the whole shrink packing process is done.
