2x3 Collective Tetra Brik Automatic Feeding and Shrink Packing Machinery
It connects directly with the production line, the milks will be automatically separated with 2x3 pcs in one group when passing through the automatic feeding and separation system , then the 2x3pcs/group will go to the flow wrapping machine and be packed with POF shrink film.
The flow wrapping packing machine packages product by wrapping it in film. The flow wrapping packing machine has an infeed conveyor, a film feed assembly, a forming area, a cutting head, and a discharge area. Product is placed on the infeed conveyor. As the infeed conveyor delivers product to the forming area, film is drawn from the film feed assembly into the forming area, where a film tube is formed around the product and a finseal is created. The film tube and the product then are delivered to the cutting head. The cutting head creates the endseals while it cuts apart adjoining wrapped products into individual packages, and delivers the packages to the discharge area. At this time the whole packing process is done.
Piece-product packaging:
Bread, chocolate enrobed cheese bar, popsicles, cookies, waffles, ice trowels, cotton wool.
Group packing:
Waffles, meat chops, bakery, soap, sponges, biscuit with tray etc.
Non standard products (customization):
Individual spoon, fork, knives, also suit for packing spoon, fork, knife, napkin, toothpick, etc.

Packing parameter with many products could be set, Drawing out the relevant data from memory and the machine will be operate according to these data.
Working Principles:
Rolled film for packing goes from a film-feeding driving roller into a bag-former device wherein to take form. The article to be packed is carried by a feeding conveyor to the formed packing film, which will then take a cylindrical shape after being sealed by a longitudinal sealing machine. A tubing conveyor between the longitudinal seal and end seal feeds the cylindrical film with the article enveloped in it smoothly into the end sealing & cutting device where a photoelectric tracking auto-control system adjusts the sealing & cutting position,the already packed single product is carried to the shrink machine by the output conveyor, the film will tightly covered the product after going through the shrink machine, then the whole shrink packing process is finished.
