Introduction
Spiral Classifier is widely used to control material size from Ball Mill in the beneficiation process, separate mineral sand and fine mud in the gravity concentration, and clean mud and water in washing mineral process. This machine has features of simple structure, reliable and convenient operation, etc. It is also used together with impact crushers and vibrating feeders.
This spiral classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials towards the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from your pipe. The seat from the machine features channel steel material, as the person is armor plated as well as the spiral axle is constructed of certain for durability. The machines lifting equipment can be utilized manually or electronically.
Features
1. The device structure is simple, easy to operate, reliable, grading area smooth, less coarse sand mixed with overflow, high classification efficiency;
2. It can start under load conditions. So when you stop, do not need to remove all grit, just after the spiral upgrade to restart operation; grader install steep slope, coupled with the large mill gravity constitute closed;
