Introduction
The impeller of agitation tank is driven by the motor and motor v-belt or gear motor, making the solid particles to suspend and making agent and ore pulp mixed adequately. It has four functions: ore pulp agitation, agitation storage tank, improving agitation and agent agitation. Agitation tank is suitable for ore dressing industry and can also be used in agitation of pulps from other industries.
This method is applicable to fully ground fine ore powder (e.g. 90% - 75, urn). The mixing tank is divided into mechanical mixing tank and airlift mixing tank. In order to improve the leaching rate of oxidized ore, it is necessary to have high initial acidity and final acidity. Increasing the temperature is conducive to accelerating the leaching rate. However, the leaching investment of stirring tank is large and the operation cost is high, which is mostly used for the leaching of high-grade ore. The conditions of stirring tank for leaching sulfide ore are more strict.
Main Applications
It is suitable for slurry (solid particle size <1.0mm, specific gravity <4.7, concentration <70%), strong stirring without sedimentation, energy saving and electricity saving, and long service life of the stirring impeller. It is widely used in slurry preparation in mineral processing plants, hydrometallurgical plants and some light chemical industries.
