Application
This kind of machine is main equipment for the classification of the ores, which is used in the coarse dressing, fine dressing, and scavenging, anti-flotation and other kinds of ore dressing,The flotation machine can be divided into XJK type (A type), SF type, JJF type and so on. which are widely used in the ore classification of some industrial departments of metal, nonmetal, rare metals and so on.
Features
This type of flotation machine is a flotation machine for coarse particles, which is suitable for the classification of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic ores in small and medium-sized enterprises. The particle size of 0.074mm accounts for 45% ~ 98% of the particle size of the treated material, and the pulp with concentration < 45% is treated. It is characterized by natural absorption of air, with a volume of 1.2 m ³/ (m2.min)； Natural absorption of pulp can absorb feedstock and foam middling from outside the machine. It can be used for horizontal deployment of flotation machine operation; The slurry in the tank circulates, the liquid level is stable, and there is no slurry rotation or flower like phenomenon in the tank; High separation efficiency and improve the recovery of coarse and fine minerals; Low power consumption, 15% ~ 20% less than similar flotation machines of the same specification, and can absorb enough air and pulp at the same time; The service life of vulnerable parts is long.
GF flotation machine can also be deployed together with JJF flotation machine. Deployed horizontally, GF flotation machine serves as the suction cell for job steps of roughing, scavenging and concentration while JJF flotation machine serves as the green cell. There is no need for foam pump for returning of middlings.
